Richard is a one person operation and has been home based since inception so he can give great personal service.

His expertise is in Residential Home Loans for Occupiers and Investors. Both Purchase and Refinance. If you need Commercial Lending or Vehicle/ Personal loan Finance, Richard may be able to refer you to someone else, however this is not part of his service

He is available by arrangement to visit clients 7 days per week, including evenings and week ends.

His policy is “Personal, honest, experienced, down to earth service”.

Personal work history

• 10 years work experience with one of Australia’s major Banks, including service in New Guinea, over 4 years on external relief in all parts of Queensland, and over 2 years in their Head Office Legal Services Department.
• 2 Years in charge of the Legal Service Department of a Finance Company.
• 17 years in Senior Credit Management (State Credit Manager) with a major Australian Manufacturer with several Divisions.
• Mortgage Broking since 1996.
• Commenced Better Finance Solutions in March 2000.
